Good connections are available at Internet cafes everywhere... WiFi services are probably not convenient for those just visiting.&lt;/em&gt;
The above Tokyo Internet information is not really all that helpfull. Internet connections are available at &quot;Manga Kessa&quot; (Rental Comic book coffee shops) are EVERYWHERE in Japan...literally every couple city blocks has one and the price in 300-500yen per hour. 
Also, free WiFi is available in urban areas since the largest provider of Internet &quot;YahooBB&quot; has all their wireless routers set by default to the unencrypted mode.</description>
